The Siata logo is a blue shield with a grey outline, a yellow letter S in the centre and the words SIATA and TORINO around the edge. Siata was an Italian car tuning shop and sports car maker from Turin, founded in 1926.
Siata Logo
The Siata emblem is a shield that narrows to a point at the bottom and has two notches at the top, edged in grey. The name SIATA curves along the upper inside edge and TORINO, the Italian name of Turin, curves along the lower edge, both in white capitals. A large yellow S fills the middle, with a small car drawn across it. The Siata badge uses blue, yellow and grey, and the shield shape and the single bold letter give this Siata symbol a design that is easy to recognise on a small plaque.
It served as the Siata car logo on the sports cars the company built after World War II.

What the Siata logo means

At first Siata sold performance parts to modify and tune cars made by Fiat. After World War II the company began making its own sports cars under the Siata brand. Its models include the 208S, the 208 CS and the Daina. The company ended in bankruptcy following the first Arab oil embargo.
