The Mullen logo is a mint-green circle with a mountain peak drawn inside it, followed by the name MULLĒN in black capitals. Mullen was an American electric vehicle maker in Brea, California, founded in 2014 by David Michery and renamed Bollinger Innovations in June 2025.

The Mullen emblem pairs a symbol with a wordmark. The symbol is a thin circle in mint green, open at the bottom, with a zigzag mountain shape in the same colour in the middle. The Mullen wordmark is set in plain black capitals, and the E carries a green macron, a short bar above the letter, which matches the colour of the symbol.

The symbol and name sit side by side, which makes the Mullen badge a wide, horizontal mark. It serves as the Mullen car logo of the brand’s vehicles. This page offers the Mullen logo PNG with a transparent background, and the Mullen symbol keeps its green and black colours.

Mullen History

The Mullen Automotive brand was created by David Michery by combining the companies Mullen Motor Cars and Coda Automotive. The company’s products included passenger electric vehicles and commercial vehicles, mostly rebadged Chinese imports such as the Mullen Campus, Mullen One, Mullen Three, Mullen Go and Mullen GT. The Dragonfly K50 luxury sports car, later called the Mullen GT, is based heavily on the Qiantu K50.

In November 2021 a reverse merger with Net Element made Mullen a subsidiary of Net Element, which changed its name to Mullen Automotive, Inc. In September 2022 Mullen bought a controlling stake in Bollinger Motors, a maker of electric pickups and SUVs. Development of the Mullen Five was cancelled in 2024. The company was delisted from Nasdaq in October 2025 and placed in receivership in January 2026.
