The Imperial logo is a black eagle with wings raised in a V, drawn without any lettering. Imperial was the luxury car brand of the Chrysler Corporation in the United States, built in Detroit as a separate make from 1955 to 1975 and again from 1981 to 1983.
Imperial Logo
The Imperial emblem is a single-colour eagle, a black and white design. The wings sweep upward and outward like a V, the body is built from fine lines that radiate from the centre, and the small head sits low between the wings with the talons pointing down. The Imperial symbol is bold and stylised, a design that suits a flagship luxury sedan and also works as an Imperial badge on the hood and trunk of the car.
Used as the Imperial car logo, the eagle needs no name beside it. The Imperial logo PNG on this page is a transparent PNG with no background.
Imperial Logo History
The black eagle is the logo of the Imperial marque across its years as a separate make, from the 1955 launch to the end of the brand in 1983.

Imperial History
The Imperial name was first used in 1926 for Chrysler’s luxury model, the Chrysler Imperial. In 1955 the company repositioned it and launched it as a separate make and division, to compete with the North American luxury rivals Lincoln and Cadillac.
After 1955, Imperial received new or modified body styles every two to three years. All of them had V8 engines and automatic transmissions, as well as technologies later introduced in other Chrysler Corporation models.
Imperial was dropped as a separate brand in 1975 and returned from 1981 through 1983. Chrysler, the parent company of the brand, is now part of Stellantis.
