Beiben Brand History

Beiben was founded in 1988 as part of the NORINCO Group. The company emerged through a technology-transfer agreement with Daimler-Benz for manufacturing Mercedes-Benz heavy duty trucks. The brand maintains its headquarters in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, China. Ownership resides with Beiben Trucks Group Co., Ltd, which holds the official Beiben trademark. NORINCO continues as the parent organization overseeing the truck manufacturer.
