History of Tazzari
Tazzari Group was established in 1963 by Giorgio Tazzari in Italy. The company remained under family leadership for decades until Erik Tazzari became President of the Group in 2005. This leadership change directly led to a major strategic shift toward electric mobility.
In 2006 the company launched Project ZERO with the goal of creating an innovative all-electric city car. The project resulted in the Tazzari EV, also called the Tazzari Zero, which features an ultralight chassis using aluminum castings assembled with aerospace structural glues and advanced lithium battery management. Today Tazzari operates from Via Selice, 42E, 40026 Imola, Bologna, and remains an active Italian manufacturer of all-electric vehicles for urban mobility.
Tazzari Logo Evolution
Pre-2006: Classic Tazzari Logo

- Design: Traditional styling associated with the original Tazzari Group
- Colors: Not specified in available records
- Changes: Used prior to the electric vehicle focus
- Context: Represented the company during its pre-2006 classic era
2006–Present: Tazzari Electric Zero Logo

- Design: Clean contemporary style reflecting electric mobility
- Colors: Available in blue version and red version
- Changes: Replaced the earlier variant to mark the electric transition

The Tazzari logo evolution mirrors the company transformation from its traditional roots to a dedicated electric vehicle specialist. The updated emblem appeared at the exact moment the firm committed to Project ZERO and the development of advanced lithium battery technology in an ultralight chassis.
Tazzari car logo assets in both blue and red variants are used across official materials and reflect the brand positioning in the heart of Italy motor valley. The Tazzari symbol continues to represent Italian engineering excellence in the electric vehicle segment.
