Brand History
Eberhard Schulz built his first vehicle, the Erator GTE, a replica inspired by the Ford GT40 race car, in 1969, and went on to establish Isdera in 1982. In 1978 Eberhard Schulz engineered the Mercedes-Benz CW 311 concept car while working with the b&b company. The brand reached its highest recognition in 1993 with the release of the Commendatore 112i, widely regarded as the most iconic model in company history.
The German specialty automaker has remained active since its founding, continuously operating as a low-volume, handcrafted sports car maker. Vehicles produced under the Isdera name are prized among enthusiasts for their exclusivity and attention to detail.
